Preparation and Follow-Up of Administrative and Legal Aspects: the ability to address administrative and legal issues specific to each operation is mandatory for project success and is an integral part of our teams’ expertise either from the time the permits are issued or from demolition through transformation.
Project Realisation: a vital phase for appreciation of the asset during renovation. After budgeting the project through a competitive bidding process, we negotiate contracts. We act as Project Manager until the building is finished and receives the certificate of occupancy as well as all other legal requirements.
Marketing: we supervise sale and rental of the assets, by assigning them to a market specialist.
